Our platform seamlessly integrates with the Dwolla API, enabling effortless transfers to your employees. We are not a payroll system and do not directly process payments; transactions are handled through Dwolla directly from our website. We do not offer quarterly tax reporting services to the IRS; customers are responsible for their tax reporting.

Cancelling Payments:
Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. However, if a payment is pending, it may be canceled before processing. We encourage users to review their transactions carefully before finalizing payment to avoid unintended charges.

 

SMS Messaging & Notifications
By creating a Roanex account, you agree that Roanex may send you SMS text messages related to your account, load assignments, dispatch updates, payment alerts, document requests, security verification, and other system notifications. These messages are part of the normal operation of your account and help ensure the best service experience.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, including but not limited to load updates, dispatch changes, safety alerts, and payment status notifications.

Opt-In Consent
You provide express consent to receive SMS messages from Roanex when you:

  1. Register for a Roanex account and provide your mobile number, or

  3. Text START or SUBSCRIBE to our registered messaging number.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, up-to-date mobile number and updating it if it changes. Failure to do so may prevent you from receiving important notifications.

Location Information:
Our app may collect precise or approximate location data from users’ devices to enable core features such as route tracking, load location updates, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) calculations. Location data may be collected in the foreground and/or background, depending on user settings and permissions. This data is used solely for operational purposes and may be shared with fleet managers or dispatchers for real-time tracking and logistics management. We do not sell location data to third parties. Users can disable location access at any time through their device settings.
